To qualify for the Tertiary Scholarship, applicants must:- Residency: Be indigenes of Northern Borno (Monguno, Marte, Nganzai, and neighboring LGAs).
- Academic Performance: Have a strong academic record and meet the admission criteria of their chosen institution.
- Enrollment: Be currently enrolled or accepted into an accredited tertiary institution.
- Financial Need: Demonstrate financial need with supporting documentation.
- Commitment: Exhibit a commitment to giving back to their community after completing their studies.
